- Sure that's what got assigned to Raven just to stick with the main theme in Teen Titans. Raven is currently older in the comics and had a kid with Beast boy named Arella Rital
- Raven has many powers this includes time manipulation. She can basically act as a succubus and tune herself into something more desirable. Although better since she has the power to change others around her too. Basically age issues she can make disappear.
- Gwen of course that age was assigned because the show she is in and the target audience of it. Even then fan artist can age up a character by saying so or making the characters more voluptuous.
- Because of the place the show was hosted it made it possible for Teen Titans crossover art to happen. Skuddbut made models of popular characters and Redmoa made animations that made this pair happen for threesome purposes if self insert into the situation.

Tldr: Raven can make what ever she or you want into reality.
